Awards

CAHIP – Golden Gate is a proud participant in the NABIP Annual Awards programs. In the past decade, CAHIP – Golden Gate has been awarded prestigious Gold and Platinum Certification, as well as Pacesetter awards in 2012 and 2013.  In 2017, Linda Rose Koehler and Richard P. Coburn accepted numerous awards banners at the NABIP Convention in Orlando, FL.

In 2017, Philip Lee received the NAHU Legislative Excellence Award.  In 2020, Janet Powelson received the NABIP Legislative Excellence Award at Capitol Conference in Washington, DC.

At the state level, the following members have received the William T. Robinson/M. Lloyd Baum Spirit of Freedom and Legislative Excellence Award:

In 2021 Rick Coburn was named the CAHIP Member of the Year. Also in 2021, Cathy Little received the CAHIP Presidential Citation Award.

CAHIP – Golden Gate earned CAHIP Medium Chapter of the Year in 2012 and 2017.

CAHIP - Golden Gate earned CAHIP Small Chapter of the Year for 2023-2024 and the Social Media Award for 2023-2024
